Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to some common questions.

  • What can you not put in the dumpster?

We can accept most construction and demo material as well as household trash. We can also accept brush and yard debris.  Some items we cannot accept are tires, wet paint, dirt, asphalt and concrete.. Unless you rent our special 9 yard concrete dumpster.  If you have extremely heavy items or a lot of bricks or blocks please call to discuss before filling the dumpster.

  • Can we rent the dumpster for more than 7 days?

We max out our rentals at 30 days

  • Can you put the dumpster in the back yard?

We need a solid flat surface to put the dumpster. With that said we can work with our customers to make the placement work. If putting on grass or dirt the customer needs to be aware that it could damage the yard or sink into the ground due to the large amount of weight.

  • Can I get a full refund?

We understand that things come up.  We do offer refunds for canceled rentals. A rental canceled the up to the day before will get a refund minus $150. We cannot refund a canceled rental on the day of the rental.

  • Will the dumpster damage my driveway?

The dumpster can weigh up to 12,000 lbs once full. With the amount of weight and the fact the dumpsters are metal we cannot guarentee zero damages to concrete or any other driveway material.  We offer a drive protection that uses rubber mats so the dumpster doesnt sit directly on the surface for a fee.

  • Do we have to be home?

You do not have to be home when we deliver or pick up the dumpster. We will be in contact with you when we arrive to find out where you want the dumpster placed.  You will get texts each time we are on the way and when the job is complete so you will know whats going on.

  • Do you take concrete or shingles?

We can take up to 40 squares of shingles in a dumpster. If you have more than that please call for pricing over 40 squares.  We take clean concrete in our 9 yard concrete dumpster only.  Please call for details.
